what you’ll do: 

  • develop ohne’s growth plan in line with our ambitious growth targets. 

  • coordinate and execute growth strategies, working cross functionally across the marketing, tech and product teams to optimise performance. 

  • create and oversee the forecasts and budgets, ensuring growth targets are achieved in line with allocated budgets. 

  • optimise existing growth channels (including paid social channels, ppc, influencers and affiliates, referral and partnerships) whilst also constantly innovating and testing new channels. 

  • lead a growing growth team, including a performance marketer and a lifecycle marketing manager whilst working closely with the brand team to oversee the entire customer funnel: optimising for awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue and be proactive in creating funnel improvements.

  • seek to engineer our funnel more efficiently, introducing creative ideas and solutions to eliminate any bottlenecks. be willing to test and evaluate these ideas rapidly.

  • work with our lifecycle marketing manager to constantly improve ltv:cac, analysing customer cohorts and their behaviours. 

  • develop the systems required to successfully track conversion rates and measure progress against goals

  • evaluate customer insights with a deep understanding of user habits, needs and perceptions that you have gained through targeted interviews and research, customer reviews and feedback and key metrics. create in depth presentations to share cross-functional with the team. 

  • evaluate website data and work closely with the tech team to optimise conversion and retention.

 requirements: 

  • 5+ years of growth marketing at a senior, leadership level, ideally in a fast-paced consumer goods brand.

  • highly personable with outstanding leadership skills. 

  • experience scaling customer acquisition whilst continuing to maximise retention and ltv. 

  • proven experience maximising performance against budgeted resources, with the ability to test innovative channels and unique strategies to ensure budgets are maximised and target cac is achieved.

  • strong experience in paid social platforms, ppc platforms, affiliate marketing and referral programmes to name a few.

  • experience finalising, executing and optimising growth strategies, managing in-house teams and/or agencies to optimise for best results. 

  • wealth of experience in acquisition tactics and best practices with the eagerness to continue to learn. 

  • high level knowledge of tracking analytics and extensive experience with data analysis. 

  • strong analytical skills and ability to deconstruct data to understand customer behaviours in order to implement solutions.

front-end engineer

our plans for 2021 and beyond are bold, and this is a chance to join a company in its early stages of growth to help shape some of the key technical modules of the core product offering. we’re looking for a passionate front-end react developer to work closely with our marketing team, ops team and founders to forge growth through building innovative e-commerce digital products to provide our community with a seamless and fun shopping experience. 

you’ll be the first in-house developer on the team, with access to and support from our current development partner, a first-class development and product studio based in lisbon. one of your initial projects will involve stress testing our new custom built e-commerce platform from a customer perspective and supporting the marketing team with the various product launches coming up this summer.

we’re a small team located across the globe, where the majority of our team work remotely. you’ll be joining the small creative team and supporting all aspects of design across the brand, where your tasks will have an additional focus on animation.
