Gamechanging
This product is so easy to use and so effective. Personally I didn't use it for cramps cause. I get really bad headaches at night when I'm on and found this to be an absolute life saver. I had the best sleep in ages with it! My partner even borrowed it to shift his headache! Top tip: Apply liberally but evenly!

Soothing
Calm Balm is a great size and super easy for when you're on the go. I kept mine in my handbag the week of my period for easy relief if cramps or a headache kicked in. It also worked really fast, especially when used for headaches. Top tip: Apply lightly as too much can become a little oily + use throughout your entire cycle on aches or headaches - not only for cramps!

Convenient
Calm Balm is uper convenient and easy to use, plus I found it to be effective pretty quickly when the cramps came on. It definitely exceeded my expectations and I’d say it’s just as good as other cbd products I’ve tried (and loved) in the past! Top tip: Use a circular/rolling motion to apply rather than dabbing it on, I found this method to be most effective for me
