Details→ Chocolate-covered microencapsulated iron formulated with vitamins B6 and B12 to help you thrive on your period. Microencapsulation provides for a controlled release of iron in the upper intestine, rather than the stomach. This ensures optimal absorption and also prevents irritation of the stomach. Microencapsulation also protects against that yucky metallic iron taste. Also, the addition of vitamins B6 and B12 makes this formula a prime supplement for boosting energy and restoring balance.

How to use→ Take one Dome once a day during or a few days before your period

Full Ingredients→ Cocoa mass (55%); sugar; cocoa butter; soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, ferric saccharate, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12

The boring bits→ Store in a cool and dry place. During hot days, store in a fridge so the chocolate doesn't melt. We know these are yummy, but do NOT exceed the daily recommended dose.     Nice treat

    I tried these vitamins to see if they would help my energy levels and I have definitely noticed a difference. The vitamins themselves are quite big and the chocolate isn't too bitter. I leave it to melt in my mouth and it feels like a treat at the most tiring part of the month. Only used for one cycle so will see if I feel less tired again next month.

    Insane benefits

    I usually get SO tired during and after my period and this has totally changed the game. I always forget to take iron supplements, but having them as a chocolate made it SUCH a treat that I actually remembered to take them! These taste so good, and make it so easy to get the iron replenishment our bodies need post period! Highly recommend.
