How to use→ Ensure the area of application is clean and dry before placing the patches in the spot you most need them. Massage for 2 minutes to further release the herbs. Let their powerful properties ease tension as you go about your day-to-day.

    Loveedddddd these so much!! Super helpful for my horrid cramps and even worked well for shoulder pain too! Top tip: Try the patch on a less sensitive area of your body as they can be rather intense - the first one was a little too much for me so I removed it early but the ones after were fine!

    Soothing!

    Loved the smells and the sense of comfort as soon as I put the patch on! Top tip: Put it on before your cramps really kick in, and it will help promote a sense of calm around the discomfort. Felt very cosy using this patch and loved that I could take it with me if I had to go into the office!
