Wonderful!
I loved the packaging, the fact it came with a pill box! Then the instructions and use are simple easy and clearly stated. It also helped with my bloating I think, at least I felt I was retaining less water. Top tip: Try and have it at the same time everyday, easy to build a routine!

It's super easy to take, I like that it comes with the additional tin it makes it look more aesthetic than the pouch.
It did work to ease some of my PMS symptoms particularly anxious moods and feeling low. Top tip: Make sure that you take it a month ahead of your period so that you can get the full impact

I was wary of supplements aimed at period issues as have had bad experiences in the last, but PMS Hero was amazing! My PMS symptoms are usually really bad and last 6-8 days, I typically get a lot of bloating and cramping, and major anxiety and irritability. With taking this, my symptoms were practically non-existent. I felt a lot more stable mood-wise and only felt bloated the day immediately before I got my period. Couldn’t have worked better! Top tip: Get into the routine of taking capsules with breakfast so you always remember!
