I don't drink caffeine, and so needed a bit of a pick-me-up before the gym in the afternoon, had one of these and I felt good. Not ridiculously energetic, but just better than before I had one. The capsule things they come in are pretty cool too.

I really enjoyed these. I usually have quite severe fatigue and quite often nap in the day but this helped me not to do that! I was more productive and my workouts were even better, it had a positive impact on my overall mood because I could do more. It helped me to sleep better at night because I didn’t nap during the day so I felt ready for bed at a normal time.

The packaging and liquid format is super unique - I really liked being able to drink it as opposed to taking a tablet. Top tip: I always feel tired after I've had my period but ALWAYS forget that this happens so end up just letting myself feel down + tired for at least a week post cycle. This product contains so many great ingredients so I actually tested it in the days post period to help raise my energy levels and it helped soo much. Highly recommend for the ohne babes who feel that lowness post period.

I truly felt more energetic and focused on the days I took this, even when I got busy and forgot to eat . Top tip: Drink in a half a cup of water and then have your juice/smoothie after. Drinks don’t cover the metallic taste.
