Wonderful!
I have ADHD and sometimes struggle to focus and get up in the mornings to start my day right, I found once I started these it helped a lot with these problems! I got much more done than usual. Top tip: I put it next to my bed with a glass of water so I take it every morning as soon as I wake up. Starts my day right

Love that these supplements are easy to swallow, no bad aftertaste. I started feeling less pins & needles after 2 weeks and recently have felt small changes in terms of my energy levels increasing. Top tip: Take on an empty stomach with a glass of water first thing in a morning (30mins before breakfast / I use this time to do my morning self care)
