Directions→ Start off using 2-3 drops and build up to a maximum of one full dropper (0.5ml) per day. Just pop the drops under your tongue and hold for 20 seconds for maximum absorption.

This product is a food supplement, formulated for adults. The FSA advises healthy adults to take no more than 70mg CBD per day.
